Hayman’s of London

This premium London Dry Gin is created and distilled at one of the two remaining gin distilleries in London – the spiritual home of gin. Created from a secret family recipe which includes a unique blend of 10 botanicals handpicked from all over the world to help impart London Dry Gin’s distinctive flavour. Created in small batches of 1000 litres in a traditional Pot Still.

A distinctive premium Gin made from 100% pure grain spirit, distilled five times. During the 1700s public houses had wooden plaques shaped like a black cat mounted on the outside wall where thirsty passer-by’s would deposit a penny into the cats mouth and receive a shot of Old Tom’s gin through the cat’s paw in return. The distinctive Old Tom Gin is the key ingredient in classic gin cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz.

Carefully selected wild English grown sloe berries are gently steeped for several months with Hayman’s Gin before being blended with natural sugar. Sloe Gin has been a popular drink along side other fruit gins from the 19th century onwards. Traditionally sipped as a digestive, it is enjoyed on its own, over ice or as a long drink as well as an important ingredient in classic cocktails such as Sloe Gin Fizz and The Blackthorne.
